"As one of your local Councillors, I am proud to continue working hard for you here in Ashdown.
As part of your Conservative team, I'm here to help with anything, from ensuring your bins are collected and potholes are filled to overseeing planning issues. While minor issues, they can make a real difference to our quality of life here in Ashdown.
Over the summer, we lobbied Planning Enforcement and Environmental Health for stricter controls on the Harrow Lane construction sites due to the increased dust problems. With autumn and winter came the rain and the impact of flooding across the town, so I am pushing for Southern Water to enhance our drainage systems while revisiting planning proposals to break the flooding cycle in this part of town.
As I continue to work hard on your behalf here in Ashdown, I want to ensure my priorities remain the same as yours; whether it's potholes or council tax bills, crime or education, I want to hear what matters most to you and your family.
If you have a few minutes free, I welcome your input on my new Councillors Survey - the details are below. As always, if there's anything I can do to help, please reach out."
