Hastings Borough Councillor - West St Leonards Ward
Born and raised in St Leonards, I am extremely passionate about improving our town and making Hastings and St Leonards an even better place to live, work and do business.
I will continue to campaign against Labour’s reckless plans to build houses on the Bulverhythe Recreation Ground and work with residents and any future developer to ensure the West Marina area gets the regeneration that has been desperately needed for so long. I would like to see the Old Bathing Pool site developed to create an exciting all year round destination for visitors and local residents, not lots of housing.
"Dear Resident,
Born and raised here in St Leonards, I am incredibly passionate about improving our town and making Hastings and St Leonards an even better place to live, work and do business.
Over the last five years, I have worked hard in West St Leonards on your behalf, whether it's opposing Labour's reckless plans to build on the Bulverhythe Recreation Ground or pushing for the much-needed regeneration required in West Marina.
Alongside my fellow Conservative Councillor, Matthew Beaver, we're continuing to work on those smaller problems in this part of town, from chasing potholes and pavement repairs, dealing with parking problems, tackling fly-tipping, lobbying for better bus services, or fighting for improved play spaces in areas like Edinburgh Road.
We want to make sure that our priorities remain yours, though; with this in mind, I am asking to hear from residents like yourself on the issues that matter most to you and your family. Below are my contact details and a link to my latest Councillor Survey; I am excited to hear from you.
Best wishes, "
